Dr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav is a Consultant HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) and Liver Transplant Surgeon based in Gurugram. His clinical focus is exclusive and deliberate: liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery. Over more than a decade he has been part of 1,000+ liver transplant surgeries, spanning living donor, deceased donor, ABO-incompatible and swap transplants, as well as liver cancer and acute liver failure.
He currently serves as Consultant, HPB & Liver Transplant Surgery at Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Gurugram, and is now opening a private OPD practice at Gutwell Clinics, Gurugram, so that patients and families can meet him directly, discuss their reports, and plan care with clarity.
Beyond the operating theatre, he is a builder of programs. In Nepal he established the HPB & Liver Transplant unit at Chitwan Medical College and performed the highest number of liver transplants in the country — proof of an ability not just to operate, but to build the systems and teams that make safe transplantation possible.
